Current acceptable forms of payment are PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay.
Please note, we are required to charge sales tax for orders being shipped to the state of Florida.
We ship all items either USPS priority mail (2-3 day transit time) or USPS first class (2-5 day transit time) depending on the weight of the item. Currently we only ship to the U.S. Tracking numbers are provided based on the weight of the product and will be emailed to you upon fulfillment of your order. Most orders with just decals will not include a tracking number. All orders should arrive within 7 - 10 business days. If for some reason the item does not ship out in the normal time frame you will be notified.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING AND EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT. INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND CHANGES MAY RESULT IN DELAYS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES. IF AN ORDER IS SHIPPED AND RETURNED DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARGES TO RESHIP THE PACKAGE(S), THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
Packages do get mis-delivered from time to time. We are more than willing to help and locate the package. If your tracking states it has been delivered please contact your local Post Office and also let us know so we can work on tracking it as well. Packages showing delivered will not be refunded.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Damaged Items
Personalized Items: Most personalized items may not be returned or refunded unless it is an error on our part. But either way, let us know and we will see what we can do. We take pride in our work but human error does occur.
Damaged Items: Please inspect your items upon receiving them. If your item or items are damaged during shipping (unfortunately it does happen due to the breakable nature of our products) please email us within three (3) days of receiving your package with photos of your damaged item(s) as well as photos of the original packaging. Without photos we can not successfully submit a claim to the USPS and/or replace your damaged items. If damages are not reported within three (3) days of receipt, your items will not be replaced or reimbursed. On occasion, the USPS may require you to take the damaged items to your local post office for inspection, failure to do so will automatically deny the claim. Shipping insurance does not cover theft once marked delivered.
If a decal is damaged upon arrival please send us photos. We can not replace the decal if it is not applied properly. Instructions for application are included with each decal order.
As long as we have proof in hand of shipping damage with in three (3) days we will happily replace the items damaged.
Items damaged due to improper use will not be replaced or refunded. We highly suggest following the "Product Care" instructions. The vinyl decorations can be damaged if not cared for properly.
Our Tumblers: We use High Quality Tumblers made of a hard acrylic plastic material (not Dollar Store plastic tumblers). They can be used for cold drinks and hot drinks up to 160*, fit any standard cup holder (but be sure to wrap with a paper towel if the cup holders are tight as to not damage the vinyl.) Although we strive to provide the best quality material possible, they are NOT unbreakable. Be careful not to drop or bang them as they may crack or the layers may separate. Our tumbler designs are applied on the tumblers using a premium commercial quality outdoor graphic vinyl that is made to last up to 6 years in the outside elements; it is the same type of vinyl used on store front windows, car decorative decals, and commercial vehicles (explanation of our vinyl can be found in the FAQ tab). The tumblers are acrylic and may crack if washed in the dishwasher, hand washing is recommended. When hand washing, use a soft sponge or cloth and mild soap. Try to avoid soaps with added moisturizers as the oil can build up on the vinyl, as well as some "pure & clear" brands as they contain lactic acid and I've found they break down the adhesive. Do not let the tumblers soak in water for any amount of time. Dry them immediately. If you properly take care of your tumblers, they will last for years, minus normal wear and tear. Please DO NOT microwave the tumblers.
We suggest the same care as well for our Stainless Steel Tumblers. To protect the vinyl when being used in cup holders or anywhere where it may be a tight squeeze, wrap the tumbler in a paper towel. Double Walled Stainless Steel Mugs are not meant to be washed in the dishwasher as to protect the nitrogen on the inside walls that keep your drinks hot and cold.
Our Mugs: We use High Quality 15 ounce Porcelain mugs (again not dollar store quality). We use sublimation designs to decorate our mugs (explanation of sublimation is found in the FAQ tab). These designs are permanent and can be hand washed or washed in the dishwasher.
Our Decals: We use premium commercial quality outdoor graphic vinyl that is made to last up to 6 years in the outside elements; it is the same type of vinyl used on store front windows, car decorative decals, and commercial vehicles (explanation of our vinyl can be found in the FAQ tab). If being used on a vehicle, make sure it is placed in an area outside of the path of your windshield wipers. As long you follow the application instructions, your decal will look beautiful for years to come.
