FAQ

Dye Sublimation Transfer is a process where you take an image - that has been created digitally (either by scanning, downloaded from a digital camera or created on your computer) and then print this image with a printer using special sublimation transfer inks onto transfer paper. Once the image is on the paper you place it under a heat press on top of your polyester or poly coated item (substrate) and heat until the inks turn to a gas and transfer the image onto the item; producing a beautiful design full of bold beautiful colors.

Vinyl is very different compared to a typical "sticker".  We use only Oracal 651 Calendered Vinyl.  Offering unmatched dimensional stability means ORACAL 651 will last longer with better resistance against shrinking, cracking, or peeling than any other calendared vinyl.  It is a thin material backed with a permanent adhesive that can last up to 6 years in the outdoor elements (this is the same vinyl used for decorative decals you see on vehicles).  Please check our POLICIES page to understand the care of our vinyl designs.
